Social Enterprise

We are a social enterprise on a mission to improve the sustainability of water supply in Africa. Our goal is to make clean, affordable water accessible to every community through innovative water technology. In Kenya, we lead the way in Water ATM’s Kenya, Prepaid Water ATM’s Kenya, and Smart Water ATM’s Kenya solutions that ensure reliable, automated, and efficient water access.

We offer a wide range of prepaid water meter systems and digital water management solutions designed for both communities and individual households. We operate two main companies in Africa: Maji Milele in Kenya and Water Forever Uganda in Uganda, under our parent company Water Forever International based in the Netherlands.

Our Solutions Include:

Communal Water Meters / Water ATMs – also called Communal Prepaid Water Meters or Communal Prepaid Water Dispensers (PWDs). These Water ATM’s Kenya systems are typically installed at public water points such as kiosks and standpipes, allowing communities to access clean water conveniently and affordably.

Prepaid Water Meters & Smart Water Meters – These are designed for individual or institutional connections, available in various sizes — from small household units to large-scale distribution systems. Our advanced Prepaid Water ATM’s and Smart Water ATM’s solutions are built for both rural and urban water projects.

Our Water ATM’s technology provides:

• Full integration with mobile payment systems for automated revenue collection.
• 24/7 access to clean, safe, and affordable water services.
• Online monitoring to track daily water usage, payments, and detect leaks or illegal connections in real time.

At Water Forever, we continue to innovate with Smart Water ATM’s and Prepaid Water ATM’s around Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan and Rwanda; technologies that make water management more transparent, accountable, and sustainable for everyone.
