Marcel Schreurs – Director / CEO
Marcel’s passion is to blend business and development in favour of a better world and particularly in favour of access to safe water for the poor. Within this context he is a creator, always open to innovation, new partnerships and new horizons.
Kenneth Wendo- Director
A technology leader with 17 years’ experience in business development and project management, providing strategic and technology leadership!
Teresa Karanja – Finance and Admin Manager
Joined Maji Milele in December 2023 as a Finance and Logistics Officer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance, has 5 years of experience in Finance and is a CPA and a MBA. Her passion is researching development economics with her latest project being a paper on Universal Basic Income.
Chris Emusugut – Scheme Manager (Kamasegere)
Chris has more than 15 years of experience in community issues. He joined MML in 2014. His role is more on community engagements and participation, marketing of the company’s products and services, research alongside scheme management. He possesses a Higher National Diploma in Philosophy.
Mercy Muli- Operations and Logistics Officer
She runs our procurement and inventory management system, implements our clients’ onboarding processes (setting up customers and training them) and ensures their uninterrupted continuous service. She also runs the core server service that provides token generation for all clients ensuring its efficient operation.
Diana Cherono- Senior Water Technician
A Senior Water Technician with over four years’ experience at the company, she leads system installations and provides ongoing technical support. With strong grassroots community engagement experience, she is a dependable technical resource and trusted point of support for the wider technical team.
Fred Manzugu, Office and Admin Assistant
He is a dedicated team member who supports the smooth delivery of company projects. He plays a key role in coordinating logistics, preparing project activities, and ensuring equipment is efficiently deployed across all company-operated sites.
Guyo Adani – Technician, Marsabit Office
A dedicated Water Engineering professional with practical experience in water supply, WASH, prepaid water systems, installation, maintenance, and technical support. He enjoys solving water-related challenges and contributing to reliable, sustainable, and community-focused water services.
Philip Kibocha- Senior Water Technician
One of the experienced and knowledgeable technicians in Maji Milele is involved in the installation of all our company systems and providing support. He also has wide experience in working with grassroots-level communities.
Edwin Alwala – Schemes Coordinator
An extensively experienced manager of water schemes, predominantly in operations in rural regions, having successfully overseen more than seven schemes across Western Kenya. He has a solid background in appraising water systems for viability and operational feasibility.
Danson Muthabuku – Technician
Passionate about water engineering and technical innovation, he applies engineering knowledge to develop practical solutions for real-world water challenges. With a strong focus on precision, reliability, and continuous learning, he is committed to improving water systems through efficient, sustainable, and technology-driven solutions

Brian Pacutho- Country Manager, Uganda
Brian has been at the helm of our operations in Uganda, Water Forever Uganda (WFU), for the past 5 years and within this period he has steadily grown the company’s business volumes. To date, WFU is positioned as one of the best and a well-known prepaid water metering solution providers in Uganda.
Mary Kevina Nambi, Junior Accountant, Uganda
Kevina is an oriented professional with an eye for detail and with good understanding of the General Accounting Principles, with 5 years with WFU.

Ben Chadianya – Coordinator
Coordinator in Rwanda leads local operations. Over 17 years working in Rwanda manages projects, and builds partnerships for an organization based in Kigali. Managing day-to-day project activities and ensuring goals are met across the country. Tracking project data, Evaluating results, and preparing Technical or financial reports.
Seyanga Philbert- Technician
Reliable Plumbing and Electrical Technician with experience in smart water metering, maintenance, repairs, and installations. Certified in Plumbing with an Advanced Diploma in Electrical Technology.

Eng Ahmed Abdulahi Kamaandoo – Country Manager
A dynamic engineering and business leader with experience in project management, renewable energy, water solutions, and business development, providing strategic and technical leadership to deliver sustainable solutions and impactful projects across Somalia.
