In Omot Agago we installed for AFRST (Action for Rural Social Transformation) 2 prepaid water ATMs per mid 2019. The people in Omot Agago already had a hand pump, but there was a lot of queuing and revenue collection was a big problem. The hand pump is now replaced by a solar powered pump and water is being delivered via two 2-taps ATMs. People now pay for water, but they accept it, because there is no more queuing and people understand that revenue collections is important for sustainability.
